Early Childhood Education Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in planning, implementing and evaluating programs that inspire young minds and contribute to the growth and development of all children within the kindergarten age group.

About the Role:

As the Early Childhood Teacher, your primary focus will be to provide a safe and stimulating environment meeting the social, cultural, emotional, educational and physical needs of the children. You will create and execute high-quality educational programs supporting the overall wellbeing, growth and education of young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times.
  • Create and implement engaging educational programs.
  • Facilitate play-based learning environments responsive to children's interests, strengths and abilities.
  • Observe and document children's progress and development.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families and the community.
  • Develop and participate in community projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute to a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environment.

About You:

You are a creative and inspired Early Childhood Teacher with a passion for leading and developing high-quality age-specific programs and daily routines. You will work collaboratively with the team to build strong relationships with Educators, children and families.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Aceqca-approved Bachelor's/Master's Degree or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
  • Current VIT Registration.
  • Outstanding level of verbal and written communication.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Current approved First Aid Certificate.
  • Current approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
