The estimated annual salary for this role is $63,444 based on an hourly rate of $30.70-$37.28.

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Childcare Professional - OSHC Educator to join our team. As an OSHC Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and care services that cater to the unique strengths, needs, and interests of each child.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children
• Interacting with and effectively supervising children while working as a team to deliver a high-quality education and care service

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our experienced team to develop and implement programs that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in children.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• A Minimum Certificate III qualification in an area relevant to working with children
• Experience working within the OSHC or long day care sector (desirable)
• An ability to respond to the needs and concerns of children to ensure quality service meets agreed standards
• A current First Aid and CPR certificate (or able to obtain)
