We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure and facilities services division, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality assurance processes forward.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to make a lasting impact on the quality practices across our division. You will lead the development, implementation, and governance of quality assurance processes, ensuring that they align with the highest standards and regulatory requirements.
Your expertise in quality management systems, including ISO 9001, will be instrumental in refining processes and identifying areas for improvement. You will also analyze, audit, and review existing procedures, making recommendations for change where necessary.
In addition to your technical skills, you will bring a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills to the role. Your ability to work independently and interpret policy, process, and legislation will be invaluable in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with stakeholders to develop and implement quality assurance strategies
- Analyze and evaluate quality performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain quality management systems and processes
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field, such as quality management or business administration
- Proven experience in a quality assurance role within a large and complex organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
