About this Role
As a Production Team Leader, you'll oversee staff across production lines, ensuring efficient operations and a strong safety culture. You'll report to the Production Manager and be hands-on and team-focused with real career growth potential.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage day-to-day shift operations
  • Allocate tasks and manage team performance
  • Run toolbox talks and ensure clear communication
  • Set up production lines and prepare materials
  • Monitor GMP and site safety standards
  • Complete accurate end-of-shift reports
  • Actively support production on the floor
Key Qualifications
  • Proven leadership in production/packaging
  • Knowledge of HACCP, 5S, and GMP standards
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic maintenance skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving ability
  • Forklift licence
  • First Aid (advantageous)
