Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to lead and deliver high-quality, customer-focused security services across our complex multi-site operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategies to protect the University's people, physical assets, and reputation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in large-scale, complex security operations and contract management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in integrated security technology solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills across all levels of an organisation.
  • Proven budget management and vendor performance oversight experience.
  • Current and relevant security licences, with eligibility to act as the University's Nominated Person on its Master Security Licence.
