Job Overview

The Clinical Project Lead will oversee the setup, conduct and close-out of clinical trials.

This role involves guiding a team to ensure consistent trial delivery and protocol adherence. Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with investigators, sponsors and Contract Research Organisations (CROs) to align operational goals and troubleshoot issues.
  • Representing the organisation in governance meetings, steering committees and other stakeholder meetings.

The successful candidate will possess tertiary qualifications in Health, Science or a related discipline, along with extensive relevant experience. They should have strong knowledge of the clinical study process, ICH-GCP guidelines and relevant local regulations and quality principles for conducting clinical research.

They will also have experience preparing health-related regulatory submissions, including protocol development and documentation, as well as supporting grant applications and contributing to funding proposals.

Strong computer skills across Microsoft Office and experience with REDCap are highly desirable. Suitable candidates will be motivated, self-directed and able to work effectively in a team environment, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
