The role requires a full-time commitment, including sleepover shifts. However, the shifts are well balanced and the roster ensures a good work-life balance and flexibility for those who need it.
Key Requirements
- Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or equivalent is required.
- Currently enrolled in a Cert IV Youth Work or equivalent with relevant skills.
- Australian Drivers Licence is necessary.
- A positive and resilient attitude is essential.
