Risk Management Framework Manager

Key Responsibilities:
As the Manager of our Operational Risk team, you will play a crucial role in the evolution of Macquarie's Fraud Risk Management Framework. Your responsibilities will include the uplift, communication, and governance of the fraud suite of policies, as well as determining clear principles and oversight metrics to measure the effectiveness of those policies and the appetite of fraud risk across the group.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Experience in risk management within a financial institution and/or professional services firm, ideally with fraud risk management practices exposure.
- Tenacious and agile, with a proven ability to sustain high levels of performance in a fast-paced, output-focused environment.
- An analytical and lateral thinker with a positive and constructive approach to problem solving.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask, present new ideas, and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, able to engage with a diverse set of stakeholders and build effective working relationships.
About the Role:
In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring, and reporting in relation to Macquarie's material risks. Our divisions include Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.
