Job Description

In this role as a Manufacturing Operations Manager - CNC Machining, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality products on our CNC machines. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Machining Operations: Perform senior machining duties on CNC or manually controlled machines, ensuring precision and quality in every task.
  • Shift Work: Undertake shift work to meet the needs of our operations, including working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Complete product, repair and inspection documentation in accordance with our Quality Management System and corporate policies.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures and safe work practices across our operating centres, highlighting any conflicts between operational procedures and our safety mandate.
  • Stock Control and Maintenance: Maintain and control stock levels, as well as perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
