**Production Assistant Role:**

We are seeking a confident and skilled production team member to assist with daily tasks related to order placement and critical path deadlines of all product collections.

The role involves liaising with overseas suppliers to collate information on production orders and schedules. You will also be responsible for assisting with raising purchase orders and barcode reports, monitoring and updating production trackers, and handling incoming and outgoing packages for the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the production team with daily admin tasks
  • Raising purchase orders and barcode reports
  • Monitoring and updating production tracker of outstanding items
  • Handling all incoming and outgoing packages for the entire team
  • Tracking PP samples, lab dips, and strike-off submission from suppliers
  • Tracking and tracing progress for bulk order deliveries
  • Updating production schedule when orders have been shipped
  • Attending weekly meetings with factories and brands
  • Regularly reviewing outstanding orders to ensure manufacturers' schedules are adhered to

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Fashion and Design
  • 1-3 years' experience in apparel production
  • Basic understanding of garment construction
  • Understanding of production process from development to delivery of goods
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Knowledge of AP21 or similar software (desirable)
