About the Role

We are currently looking for a Retail Associate to join our Castle Towers team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with luxury brands and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting customers and providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Processing specialised orders for our customers
  • Driving sales through providing customers with informative knowledge on our luxury and cutting-edge products
  • Contributing to a positive and fun team culture
