Key Role: Merchandiser

We are seeking an experienced merchandising professional to provide services for various retail stores in Geelong. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of merchandising principles and be able to work independently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Merchandise stock according to planograms, meeting high standards of visual appeal and product placement.
  • Develop effective relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, tailoring merchandising strategies to suit each client's unique requirements.
  • Travel to client sites as required, ensuring timely delivery of merchandising services.
  • Take and send photographs of displays using a smartphone or tablet, capturing high-quality images that showcase products in the best possible light.
  • Print out instructions using a computer and colour printer, creating clear and concise documentation for clients.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in merchandising, preferably in a similar role.
  • Australia Work Authorisation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Owning reliable transportation or having easy access to public transport, enabling seamless travel to client sites.
