About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Physiotherapist to take on a leadership role as a Practice Principal within our thriving multidisciplinary practice in Malvern. As a Practice Principal, you will leverage your 5+ years of physiotherapy experience to manage your own caseload while taking on a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Protocols: Develop and implement protocols and guidelines to maintain consistent quality across the network of clinics.
  • Patient Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of satisfaction among patients and clients.
  • Service Delivery: Maintain consistently high standards of service delivery.
  • Liaison and Communication: Act as a liaison between the clinic and the larger network, facilitating communication, sharing best practices, and promoting the growth and success of the Lifecare network.
  • Mentoring and Development: Provide mentoring to junior practitioners and facilitate pathways for practitioners to develop clinical expertise and rewarding careers.
  • Treatment and Patient Care: Provide high-quality treatment to our patients to ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Work with the State Manager and recruitment team to identify need for new practitioners, conduct interviews for potential candidates, and support with onboarding tasks for new practitioners.
