The Asset Planning, Standards and Sustainability unit is responsible for leading and managing strategic direction. This informs executive decisions relating to asset planning, asset standards and asset sustainability.

The Project Coordinator, Asset Sustainability is responsible for analysing, interpreting and presenting data and trends. These inform school and preschool site improvements relative to environmental performance, operational expenditure and climate change adaptability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and interpret data and trends to inform school and preschool site improvements
  • Plan and advise on climate change mitigation and adaptation initiatives
  • Report on energy and water performance improvements across the department's built assets

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary or post-secondary qualifications in Natural Resource Management, Environmental Management, Energy Management, Environmental Science, Sustainability or a related discipline
  • Knowledge of ArcGIS, PowerBI or similar software tools

Work Arrangements:

  • A full-time (1.0 FTE) ongoing role
