Waste Management Assistant

BINGO is a pioneering recycling and resource management company offering a wide range of solutions across the waste management supply chain. We're now at an exciting phase of our growth journey and are seeking a skilled individual to join our team.



The Role:




  • Located at our Artarmon facility
  • Full-time, permanent position with a 7am-4pm schedule
  • Recyclable materials include bricks, cement, tiles, steel, and timber
  • Key responsibilities include assisting with the recovery of materials to be processed and resold as eco-friendly products
  • Manual handling tasks will be performed, including sweeping, raking, lifting, and general cleaning
  • The successful candidate will be expected to identify and report any concerns to ensure continued safety and environmental compliance

What You Need:




  • No prior experience is necessary, but a positive attitude and teamwork skills are essential
  • A current driver's license and own transport are highly desirable due to limited local public transport options
  • The successful candidate will be able to safely complete a range of physical and manual tasks
  • A willingness to work in a heavy industrial environment is required
  • Strong verbal and visual communication skills, including the ability to interpret safety signs
