Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Laser Operator to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for operating CNC laser cutting machines and other machinery with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC laser cutting machines and other machinery with precision and efficiency.
  • Select and set up lenses based on material type and thickness, load programs and set machine parameters for optimal performance.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, following all safety rules and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Assemble items as instructed by shift leaders or floor supervisors.
  • Prepare product for shipment and lift raw materials, final products, and packed items manually or using hoists.
Requirements and Skills

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience operating Fiber Laser Cutting machines.
  • Ability to load programs and set machine parameters for optimal performance.
  • Proven ability to lift heavy materials and packed items.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and willingness to do overtime when required.
