We are seeking a highly skilled Community Liaison Specialist to join our team at Stockland Halcyon Greens Lifestyle Living Community. This is a full-time, permanent position based on-site, Monday to Friday.

About the Role

As a Community Liaison Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with the Community Manager to provide high-level support and develop positive relationships with homeowners. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will be crucial in this dynamic and varied role, where every day is different and provides opportunities for career progression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Community Manager with homeowner queries and concerns, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Build, maintain, and grow positive and respectful relationships with homeowners, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Welcome new homeowners and ensure their smooth transition into the community.
  • Prepare paperwork for new homeowners, ensuring all necessary documents are complete and accurate.
  • Work collaboratively with contractors and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure adherence to legislative and regulatory compliance, guidelines, and policies.
  • Collaborate with Caretakers to meet the needs of the community.
  • Perform general administration tasks using MS Office Suite and assist with the Community Website (intranet).
  • Actively participate in and represent Stockland Halcyon at homeowner functions and events as required.
  • Liaise with homeowner interest groups, attend meetings, and take minutes as needed.
About You
  • You will bring experience working in customer service-related roles, delivering first-class customer experiences.
  • A background in retirement living, over 50's communities, or similar would be advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to understand and relate to customers' needs, as well as being empathetic.
  • You are a natural people person, able to develop relationships, network, influence, and maintain discretion.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict management skills to deliver positive outcomes.
  • Proficient administration skills and competent across MS Office Suite.
  • A high level of attention to detail and a natural problem solver.
  • You are highly organized, with excellent time management skills, a proactive 'can-do' attitude, and always immaculately presented.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer competitive remuneration and benefits, including free access to lifestyle, health, wellbeing, and financial services products.
