Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced nursing leader to oversee the care of our residents at our facility in Charleville. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in healthcare management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve nursing practice
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff members
Requirements:
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a minimum of three years' experience in the last six years in gerontological care
  • Post-registration management qualification in health or a related field
  • No less than three years' experience in a management capacity in the health and social care sector
  • Registration on the appropriate part of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) live register
