Fitness Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to support customers in transforming their lives through nurturing relationships, rapport building, and exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the team in achieving excellence
- Drive lead generation, sign-ups, and personalized experiences for members
- Ensure members have an outstanding experience in our clubs at all times, met with a smile and a warm greeting every time they enter
- Be the primary point of contact for members to ensure their membership experience is exceptional
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Passionate about fitness and making a positive impact on people's lives
- Good communication skills and ability to build rapport with members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Availability to work on Sundays
- Possess the right to work in Australia (preference)
- Certificate III in Fitness (not mandatory)
