About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Art Director to join our team at AKQA. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for leading the visual direction of our campaigns and developing innovative ideas that exceed client expectations.

As a confident and directional thinker, you will have a deep understanding of contemporary visual culture and be able to visualize your ideas to communicate them effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative concepts that meet client briefs and exceed expectations
  • Lead and nurture creative conversations to ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Collaborate with copywriters to develop and execute ideas across multiple communication channels
  • Participate in new business pitches and strengthen client relationships through effective communication
  • Contribute to thought leadership and inspire professional development within the team
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the creative industry with a portfolio of outstanding campaigns and projects
  • Abreast with the latest advertising and creative trends, techniques, and new developments
  • Commercial skills to understand client business and industry contexts
  • Strong presentation and objection handling skills
