About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Filling Technician to join our team at CSL Behring. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of our filling equipment and processes.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure compliance with GMP regulations.
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet weekly manufacturing schedules and deliverables.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to improve team performance and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to strict gowning requirements.
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
  • 1+ years of experience working in a busy dynamic team environment with diverse stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in aseptic filling, laboratory, or manufacturing setting is highly regarded.
  • TAFE or degree qualification is desirable but not essential.
