Driver & Tipper Operator

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and experienced individuals to operate our truck and dog tipper fleet, covering multiple quarry sites in Western Australia.

About the Role:

  • Drive and Deliver: As a Driver & Tipper Operator, you will be responsible for operating a truck and dog tipper, ensuring timely and safe delivery of aggregates to clients.
  • Meet Customer Needs: You will interact with customers on a daily basis, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Operational Requirements:
    • Most days start between 4am-6am, with up to 10 hours per day and 50-55 hours per week.
    • Saturday work is available, paid at overtime rates.
    • You will operate our trucks and trailers, delivering aggregates to clients.
  • Tech and Safety:
    • We provide cutting-edge technology to ensure your safety while driving, as well as assist with route planning and tracking.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Driving Experience: A minimum of HC license with previous truck and dog driving experience is essential.
  • Personality Traits: Enjoy meeting people, but also value solitude and driving time.
  • Able to Work Varied Shifts: Able to work varied shifts, including Saturdays.
  • Pride in Vehicle Maintenance: Pride in keeping your vehicle clean and presentable.
  • Mental and Physical Fitness: Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
