Job Opportunity: Bartender Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and experienced bartender to join our team at the North Beach Pavilion. The ideal candidate will be passionate about crafting exceptional drinks and providing outstanding customer service.

The role requires working Thursday through Sunday evenings, with a commitment to being available over the festive season, including December and January. We offer a competitive salary package, including tips, with opportunities for growth and advancement within our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting and serving a wide range of cocktails, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation are top-notch.
  • Providing memorable experiences for customers by engaging with them, offering suggestions, and creating personalized experiences that exceed their expectations.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bar area, ensuring a safe and efficient workspace.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional service to valued customers.
