Role Overview:
Mental health training is a critical component of our organisation's services, empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their mental well-being. As an accredited Mental Health First Aid trainer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality training programs to existing and potential clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training sessions to participants in various settings, including classroom, workplace, and e-learning environments
  • Collaborate with the training team to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure timely completion of documentation and reporting to meet quality and compliance standards
  • Foster a positive contribution to the team environment

Requirements:
  • Accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructor certification from Mental Health First Aid Australia
  • Qualifications in Mental Health First Aid
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs
  • Strong administrative skills, including office management
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
  • Valid driver's licence and ability to travel as required
