Fast Food Service Team Member

We are seeking an individual to fill a customer-facing role in our Melbourne store. As the face of our business, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and promoting our Vietnamese fast food products to the community.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing outstanding customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
- Welcoming customers and recommending menu items to increase sales
- Preparing and serving food and drinks, including upselling additional products to meet customer demands
- Maintaining clean and tidy front-of-house areas to ensure a pleasant dining experience
- Ensuring product quality and adhering to health and safety regulations to prevent potential hazards
- Processing payments and providing receipts in a timely manner
- Collaborating with the team to achieve store goals and objectives
