HR Data Analyst

As the HR Data & Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in shaping HR strategy by managing and analyzing key workforce data. Your responsibilities will include retrieving, cleansing, and analyzing HR data from various sources, preparing reports in accordance with organizational requirements, and maintaining HR systems and data to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and accuracy of reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Retrieve, cleanse, and analyze HR data from various sources and prepare reports in accordance with organizational requirements.
- Manage and maintain HR systems and data to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and accuracy of reporting.
- Support the analysis and reporting of HR metrics to inform decision-making and ensure alignment with industry standards, including assisting with external reporting such as WGEA.
- Manage the onboarding, offboarding, and induction processes to ensure a seamless transition for all employees.
- Maintain the integrity and quality of HR data through regular checks and data audits, ensuring compliance with relevant business processes and legislative requirements.
- Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation aligned to organizational requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in workforce reporting and analytics.
- Attention to detail and ability to assess and question inaccuracies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team to achieve key deliverables.
- Confidence and continuous improvement approach in working proactively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of HRIS.
