Health Content Specialist Job Summary

The role is to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement health content solutions that align with the organization's goal of providing high-quality health services.

  • Work with teams to design and coordinate the delivery of relevant, credible, and valuable health content and knowledge solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical governance dashboards and reports that meet organizational requirements.
  • Support stakeholders in conducting assurance reviews and analyses of clinical incidents or complaints.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and progress opportunities that benefit customers and the organization.
  • Stay updated on current issues, trends, and directions in health content, clinical practice, medical services, and health systems.
  • Translate complex health/clinical concepts, research, and initiatives into targeted information suites.

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a health-related field, such as a clinical degree or health management.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Australian private and public health systems.
  • Experience working in a health/medical-related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of medical language and terminology, human biology, and medical science.
  • Experience designing and managing strategic communications, tools, and/or programs for various audiences.
