Connor is rapidly expanding and has grown its portfolio to over 180 stores across Australia and New Zealand. Our team is driven to deliver a world-class customer experience and exceed our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

We are seeking a driven and ambitious team member who wants to grow into a successful leader in our business. Through training and education, Connor will provide the tools to help create a successful retail career for you.

About You:

  • Have a minimum of 1-2 years in a management role in retail?
  • Do you have the ability to confidently lead, motivate and engage with your team?
  • Proven experience in training and coaching team members.
  • A history of exceeding set goals and KPIs and driving budgets and targets
  • Ability to complete operational tasks such as, scheduling, budgets, VM and stock management.
  • We are looking for Brand Ambassadors that share the same values and can share the brand culture with fellow team members and customers.
  • Have experience in Customer Service and are passionate about delivering an in-store experience to our customers.
  • Are driven to exceed company set budgets and KPIs.
  • Have an interest in fashion and retail.
  • Want to further your career in retail in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
