Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our national team as part of our new graduate program. As a Speech Pathologist at ORS Group, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals with disabilities, providing tailored speech therapy services and making a meaningful impact in the community.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of clients.
- Deliver high-quality speech therapy services to clients across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, and community settings.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting as required to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

- A relevant degree in Speech Pathology from a recognized institution.
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- A driver's license and access to a car, as well as a National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
