The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Assisting the Director of Service in creating and implementing enriching programs based on child preferences
• Supporting program compliance and ensuring high-quality services that exceed industry standards
• Building strong relationships with schools, parents, and the wider community
• Playing and having fun with primary school-aged children
• Developing Coordinator skills and taking ownership during School Holiday periods

You'll need to be passionate about kids, have a positive attitude, and love to have fun. You'll also be a strong team player, keen to learn and develop your skills in this industry. Outstanding communication skills and a desire to WOW customers are essential.
