Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Building Engineering Services team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary projects across various markets, primarily in the Mission Critical sector.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with technical experts to provide engineering expertise and project oversight.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Proven leadership and business development skills, with the ability to drive strategic planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication and active-listening skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project, with experience in Access and other project management tools.

Estimated Salary:
