Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to join our team as an Associate Buyer's Agent. In this role, you will have the chance to gain exposure to investment-focused client work and assist with the buying and settlement process.

  • You will source and evaluate properties that align with client goals, conducting thorough due diligence.
  • Liaise with agents, solicitors, brokers, property managers and other professionals.
  • Coordinate all settlement milestones — appraisals, inspections, insurance, depreciation, tenancy campaigns.
  • Provide proactive, clear and timely communication so clients always know what's next.
  • Maintain accurate records and update the CRM.
  • Escalate and resolve issues quickly to avoid delays.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Source and evaluate investment properties that meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with external professionals to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Manage settlement processes to achieve timely outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients throughout the journey.
  • Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 months' real estate experience and a Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain ASAP).
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and confident with technology.
