Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum

About the Role:

We seek a motivated Retail Store Director to join our team in Mooloolaba. As a key member, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth
  • Create a customer-centric environment to enhance brand loyalty and retention
  • Maintain compliance with brand guidelines and promote best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of strong sales achievements within a KPI structure
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability and excellent relationship-building skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Retail management experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments is desirable
