Case Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Case Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting community safety by managing a caseload of complex offenders on court orders.

About the Job

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing a caseload of high-risk offenders on court orders and delivering dynamic practice in case management.
  • Using evidence-based frameworks to deliver effective assessment, planning, intervention, and review.
  • Motivating and influencing individuals in the case management process.

You will also contribute to a strengthened through-care approach for offenders transitioning from prison onto court orders and link them with services such as alcohol and other drugs, mental health, housing, and employment.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have strong communication skills, a non-judgmental attitude, and be comfortable working in a team environment.

  • Be able to adapt your communication style accordingly.
  • Treat offenders with respect as members of our community.
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement and influence negotiation at all levels.
