Software Engineering Lead

We are seeking an accomplished software engineering leader to spearhead the development of high-performance software solutions.

Job Description

Spearheading the design and development of complex software systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving technical vision aligning with business objectives.

Maintaining robust event handling at scale, optimizing existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability, and actively engaging in hands-on coding and development ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability.

Providing technical leadership, guiding and mentoring junior engineers, defining and driving technical vision, strategy, and architecture.

Required Skills and Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, focusing on scalable system design and development, strong understanding of code architecture, design principles, and documentation practices, excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience, experience with Node.js, Docker, Cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related technologies, strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
