G8 Education is committed to providing a supportive and intensive induction program for our Early Childhood Teachers. This program allows you to immerse yourself in a collaborative and professional environment, where you can learn and grow with the support of our experienced team.

  • Our 3-month induction program provides continued support and training, allowing you to settle into your role with confidence.
  • You will be paired with an ECT Buddy, who will provide an extra layer of support as you navigate your new role.
  • Join our Community Connection Sessions to network with other ECTs, Teacher Registration Partners, and Practice Partners.

Successful Applicants must hold

  • An ACECQA approved Graduate Diploma, Bachelor or Masters of Teaching (Early Childhood)
  • Alternatively, working towards the above qualification
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Teacher's Registration or eligible to apply
