Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and autonomy.
- Assist with daily tasks and goals, ensuring a safe and supportive living environment.
- Work collaboratively with a team of specialists to create meaningful opportunities for individuals with disabilities to belong and thrive.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support.
We offer a competitive remuneration package, including salary benefits and conditions based on the Disability Services Enterprise Agreement Victoria, with membership to HACSU (Health and Community Services Union). Additionally, you will have access to:

To be successful in this role, you must have or be willing to obtain:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance

- International Police Check (if applicable)
