About the Role:
Our prestigious psychiatric practice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join their team as a Medical Receptionist. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with professionalism and empathy.
- Manage appointments, schedules, and patient inquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as managing recalls, filing, data entry, and billing.
- Update patient referrals.
- Order office supplies.
- Maintain patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Typing medical reports.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical receptionist or medical administrative role preferred.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Genie or similar software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
