The primary role of this position is to educate and facilitate learning in a variety of ways, catering to diverse clients. As a lecturer, you will be involved in providing consultancy services to industry, prospective students, and community clients.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a Certificate III in Automotive with specialization in Heavy Commercial (Heavy Diesel), Plant Mechanical, or Agricultural Mechanical Technology, accompanied by extensive industry experience. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of vocational or lecturing experience relevant to this position, with the ability to facilitate and encourage learning.
It is preferred that applicants hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher recognized teaching qualification, or demonstrate progression towards the same. The successful candidate will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, showcasing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
