About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Associate to join our team at GSK. As a Supply Chain Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our Customer Supply Chain Team, managing supply chain and finance reporting requirements, and communicating inventory positions to ensure continuity of supply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage various supply chain and finance reporting requirements for ANZ markets
  • Communicate inventory positions and work with the business to put in place mitigation plans to ensure continuity of supply
  • Manage priority reports for inbound stock receipts
  • Manage invoicing review from supply chain suppliers
  • Participate in weekly performance cycles and provide supply chain analytics
  • Discuss supply plans with regional supply chain managers, as required
  • Proactively work with various teams to resolve challenges and minimize supply impact to GSK

About You

You will be an effective communicator who can quickly build rapport with a wide range of people. You will be able to easily adapt to change, keep focused, and identify areas that could be improved and state a case for change. You will demonstrate a desire to learn and seek the rationale behind processes and systems. While you have the drive and confidence to trust your own judgment, you're a real team player who actively collaborates with others.

Requirements:

  • Currently in your penultimate or final year of undergraduate studies in a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
  • Ability to work full-time from January 2025 to January 2026
  • Citizen or permanent resident of Australia, New Zealand, or valid working rights in Australia
