Seasonal Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic seasonal sales associate to join our team at Caneland Central. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing product knowledge, and contributing to the success of our busy store during the holiday season.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sneakers and fashion, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you are a team player who is eager to learn and grow with our company, we encourage you to apply.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a standout experience for every customer - make it memorable
  • Support your team to smash sales and KPI goals
  • Keep stock moving – receive, restock, and keep shelves full
  • Pick and pack click & dispatch orders
  • Keep the store looking fresh and tidy
  • Bring good vibes and a team-first attitude every shift

What We're Looking For:

  • Full availability from October 2024 to mid-January 2025 , including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
  • Retail experience is great, but not a must
  • Passion for sneakers, streetwear, and delivering outstanding customer service
  • Love the hustle of a fast-paced team environment
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven
  • Open to learning, feedback, and being your best
