**Job Overview**

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Warehouse Assistant to join our team in a dynamic and modern warehouse environment. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for accurate and efficient processing of all orders, receiving incoming stock, and assisting in maintaining a tidy and organised warehouse environment.

**Responsibilities**

  • Daily order fulfillment (including picking and packing of orders)
  • Manage order returns
  • Receiving, checking, recording, organising and storing inbound stock
  • Product replenishment & stock control
  • Communicating with the customer service team about any order related issues
  • Adapting to new software & systems
  • General warehouse duties such as cleaning and tidying
  • Maintaining the warehouse to a high standard ensuring a safe and clean environment

**Requirements**

  • Prior experience in a warehouse or inventory management role is preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both in a written and verbal format
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • A positive and resilient approach, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
  • Tech savvy with an innate love for problem solving, accuracy and efficiency
