- Lead a team of engineers and technical experts to successfully complete the designated project scope.

Candidate Profile
- Possess an engineering degree from a recognized institution or equivalent professional experience.
- Have a minimum of 12 years of experience in mining and minerals projects.
- Experience in EPCM/EPC environments, including contractor supervision, is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in process plants and mining operations or construction is essential.
- Proficient in project scheduling, planning, cost control, estimating, and reporting.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
