The role requires a solid understanding of procurement practices, export/import controls, and new market expansion. You will work closely with the legal team to leverage expertise, good judgment, and strong business sense to assess and mitigate legal risk while finalizing contracts at a fast pace.

A key responsibility is reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements with vendors, customers, and partners for the purchase and distribution of regulated therapeutic goods, including intercompany transactions.

In addition, you will assist with corporate regulatory requirements, including company secretary work, and establish templates and training modules to support the business to continue growing at pace.

You will also suggest and assist in implementing improvements to existing processes and enablement resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualified to practice in Australia with a minimum of 4-6+ years PQE.
  • Hands-on experience reviewing and negotiating a variety of contracts within a fast-paced company.
  • Strong contract drafting skills.
  • Propensity to roll up your sleeves, learn the business, and proactively identify and analyze opportunities and risks as well as pragmatic mitigations to address them.
