About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Field Manager to join our team at Nutrien Ag Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing our commercial sustainability strategy throughout Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sustainability education and support to customers and network staff
  • Lead customer sustainability engagement in WA and NT
  • Provide support to customers and network staff to deliver sustainability services, including Farm Emissions Profiling
  • Identify sustainable product solutions
  • Assist with design, planning, and implementation of sustainability-focused programs
  • Develop sustainability-focused materials for dissemination across the retail network
  • Represent Nutrien Ag Solutions at industry events and within industry associations
  • Work with the team to support Nutrien's Commercial Sustainability strategy

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in agriculture, sustainability, or a combination of both. You will have a proven ability to collaborate effectively between different areas of a business, with strong leadership and communication skills. You will also have the ability to work independently, with exceptional time and priority-management skills, and be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in agriculture, sustainability, or a combination thereof
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively between different areas of a business
  • Willingness and capability to travel
  • Professional presentation skills
  • Knowledge of agricultural production systems in Western Australia
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively independently, with exceptional time and priority-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
