About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our Customer Fulfillment team. As an Area Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining customer expectations and ensuring that orders are delivered at the right time, to the right location.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading and developing a team of Amazon associates
- Maintaining Health and Safety standards within your remit area
- Developing performance goals and objectives to achieve customer promise expectations
- Collaborating with support teams to develop plans to meet business objectives

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field
- Proven track record of improving efficiency and quality
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
