ICT System Delivery Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the administration of a large-scale public health initiative. As ICT System Delivery Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting communities and individuals across the country.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and executing system delivery processes to support the corresponding release schedule. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining system delivery processes in consultation with relevant stakeholders, including third-party suppliers.
  • Establishing and balancing technical dependencies and business requirements, compliance, and other priorities.
  • Driving regular forums using work management tools as primary references.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of at least 3-5 years in establishing and managing system delivery processes in an enterprise context. They will also possess strong knowledge of contemporary project management, software development/configuration, testing, system governance frameworks, and methodologies.
