Agricultural Trade Digital Experience Leader

The Product Delivery Manager plays a critical role in delivering a unified digital experience for Australia's agricultural cross-border trade. This position requires strategic leadership, stakeholder management at the executive level, and deep expertise in digital product delivery, service design, and complex environments.
">- Develop and own the product roadmap to consolidate multiple import and export service portals into a single platform.
- Lead the rationalisation of existing portals into one integrated service, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruption.
- Align product development with broader digital transformation strategy, government architectures, and cyber security standards.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve a unified approach. Manage competing interests and build consensus to drive product outcomes. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
">Experience:
Proven experience as a Product Lead or Senior Product Manager in large-scale digital transformation initiatives. Demonstrated ability to define and execute a product roadmap in complex environments. Strong understanding of user-centred design, agile delivery frameworks, and service design principles.
Able to interpret and deliver against government policy objectives. Familiarity with API integrations, import/export processes, and agricultural trade regulations.
