- Oversee daily retail store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive business growth.

- Train, motivate, and supervise store staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market competition to make informed business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, adhering to company standards and ensuring a safe and welcoming space for customers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner, providing exceptional customer service and building customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities, driving sales and increasing brand awareness.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for store staff and provide constructive feedback, supporting their growth and development.
