Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Medical Imaging Technologist to provide imaging services to patients at our hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for participating in clinical Radiography, performing imaging examinations across various modalities and sites, and contributing to a shift roster including after-hours shifts and weekends.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in clinical Radiography, performing imaging examinations across multiple modalities and sites within SVHM to a high diagnostic standard.
- Fulfill duties in General X-ray, Theatre, Fluoroscopy, CT, and other modalities as appropriately trained.
- Contribute effectively as a participative team member within a multidisciplinary environment.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor of Applied Science in Medical Radiation or equivalent qualification.
- National registration with AHPRA to practice as a Medical Imaging Technologist and a valid radiation use license.
- A current National criminal history check or willingness to obtain.
